Effective immediately, new, stringent protocols are being enforced to combat reported issues of unauthorized use of Mall facilities, distribution of services (like water) to non-occupants, and alarming instances of theft and missing items affecting our valued occupants and their businesses. Management views these breaches of trust and security as entirely unacceptable. We are implementing a comprehensive review, retraining, and restructuring of the security team. Personnel found violating security protocols or engaging in misconduct will face immediate disciplinary action and removal. We are committed to restoring the integrity and professionalism of the security service to ensure a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all occupants and their property.
